WHAT KINDS OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVE?
Weddings, Birthday Parties, Children's Parties, Conferences, Festivals, Fetes & loads of others
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP EQUIPMENT?
We usually require around an hour and a half for load in and set up times, and it is preferred that the room is unoccupied for this time period while we set up and test all our equipment. However this can vary depending on the quantity of equipment booked.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE SETUP?
We setup and deliver all of our packages,. There will be an additional charge for delivery. Please get in contact for a quote and details. All equipment is tested before we leave site, which ensures everything is working as it should.
DO YOU REQUIRE POWER?
Yes we do, either mains or generator supplied. We can supply all cabling and adaptors from the power source.
We also have a battery powered speakers available as well as standalone battery powered lighting.
WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER AND COLLECT?
We usually deliver on the morning of the event, however we try and be as flexible as possible for our clients. Collection is generally the morning after the event unless it is a day time booking, then we can collect on the same day.
ARE YOU INSURED & IS EQUIPMENT PAT TESTED?
We have public liability cover and all equipment is PAT tested annually. Certificates can be provided on request and will be required for most venues.
DO YOU CREATE BESPOKE PACKAGES FOR CLIENTS?
Absolutely, our packages listed on the website are just an example of the equipment we supply to our clients. We love to make each event unique and can taylor equipment to suit your specific needs.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, Card, BACS, & Paypal which ever is most convenient for you.
